J Schwan is the Founder and President of Solstice Consulting as well as Solstice's product development studio, Bottega Sol. Under his leadership, Solstice has lead the industry in helping enterprises understand, embrace and adapt to emerging technologies. In addition to helping his teams build great products for Solstice's customers, J enjoys speaking about emerging technology topics at many educational institutions, technology conferences and focus groups. J enjoys playing tennis and golf, but gets most of his exercise chasing around his 3 year old daughter and 2 year old son.

Kelly is an Enterprise Mobile Delivery Manager and company leader at Solstice. Kelly works with Fortune 500 clients to plan and manage the delivery of their enterprise mobile initiatives. She is a thought leader in the mobile domain publishing a monthly mobility blog and has lead mobile best practices workshops. Kelly is experienced in managing all facets of the mobile delivery lifecycle from strategy through implementation. Kelly has been a consulting professional for over a decade bringing both deep technology & business perspectives to her clients. Kelly has been with Solstice Consulting since it's inception and has worked to grow the business through sales leadership, client delivery leadership, and internal business process optimization. Kelly was born and raised in Cleveland OH and lives in Chicago with her husband and 2 boys. Kelly is a marathoner, wine lover, and is passionate about the use of mobile technology to make life simpler and more fun.

Eric is a Mobile Engagement Manager and has been with Solstice since 2008. He has over 12 years of experience developed within the Financial and Technology industries where he has excelled in client and partner relations, project management, and business process design and analysis. Clients appreciate his thoughtful approach to problem solving and the way he works and collaborates with individuals across an organization. Eric's first job after graduating from the University of Illinois was as a Certified Flight Instructor.

Gregg is an Engagement Manager focused on enterprise mobile technologies with global clients spanning such industries as financial services, distribution, government, digital services and industrial. My passion is working with creative and progressive clients to define their enterprise mobile strategy and build innovative mobile applications that help their businesses thrive. Outside of work, Gregg loves family fun time, sports, tech gadgets and coffee.

Peter is an Engagement Manager with 17+ years of enterprise IT experience. He understands all areas of IT from desktop and networks, to applications, mobility and security. Over his career, Peter has been a network administrator, software developer, development manager, and Identity and Access Management architect, to name a few. Peter's greatest quality is his commitment to his clients and his desire to ensure project success. With Peter you get experience, high-touch personalized attention, and comfort knowing that he's on your side.

Dave is the Agile Transformation practice leader for Solstice. He has more than 20 years' experience in project leadership in a variety of industries, including publishing, finance, and non-profit organizations. His background as a software development manager and database administrator spans the areas of content and digital rights management, digital & print publishing, financial services analysis & reporting, customer account management, and investment research. Dave is so passionate about applying Agile across all aspects of life, he even used it to help his family prep to host Christmas. He is a very engaging public speaker, owing to his past experience in improvisation on stage.

Greg is a technologist with 18+ years of application development and architecture experience. He has spent the last 10 years in the financial services industry building award winning consumer and business web and mobile applications. Greg’s passion is mobile development leading him to create applications with functionality ranging from a Mobile Card Management (Wallet) application to a Workout Tracking application. His hobbies include boating, fishing, arduino hacking, beekeeping, kids soccer coach, and anything else that allows him to spend time with his wife and 3 sons.

Chris joined Solstice Consulting in 2012 as a Senior Consultant. Chris has over 20 years of experience leading teams and designing and developing creative solutions to business problems through the effective use of technology. He has developed applications for healthcare, financial, sports, content management, media and online communities on mobile, web, desktop, broadcast and interactive television platforms, and won a team Sports Emmy® award for his work on live data-driven visual enhancements for Fox Sports NASCAR broadcasts. Chris' many hobbies include photography, travel and culture, music, sports (hockey, soccer and cycling), design and the maker movement.

Bob joined Solstice Consulting in September 2010 and has recently become a Senior Consultant. Bob has over 18 years of experience primarily within the banking industry, managing projects and programs across Financial, Credit Risk and Reporting areas both on the IT and Business side. He is focused on forming partnerships and working collaboratively to solve problems and build strategic solutions. Bob is an avid sportsfan, especially golf, and loves spending time with family and friends.

Ajay Jain has recently joined Solstice Consulting as a Senior Leader providing over 18 years technology experience across Retail, Banking, Telecommunications, Technology, and Consulting Industries. He is a Mobile Strategist and Mobile Readiness Advisor engaging clients in the areas of Mobile Strategy, Mobile Performance Engineering, Mobile Analytics, Mobility Platforms Selection and Mobility Solutions rollout. Ajay holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and holds three US and International patents in the area of Internet Telephony. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member at DePaul University teaching Investments and Portfolio Management. He currently resides in Naperville with his wife, two daughters and a son.

Amol has earned his masters in Information Systems from Illinois State University in August 2010. He is experienced in web application development on .Net framework. Before joining Solstice in June 2011 Amol has worked as an intern at Liventus and as a C#/SQL programmer at American Eagle. Currently he works as an analyst representing Solstice at Nuveen Investments.

Andy Sheehan is an Android developer with great enthusiasm for game development and gamification. He also has experience developing rich internet application using the Adobe Flex SDK. When he's not writing code Andy practices juggling and unicycling. Andy is a proud graduate of Knox College.

Dave is a mobile developer specializing in client applications and software design. Dave has experience in iOS, Android, and web application development, human-computer interaction, and cloud/distributed systems. He has worked with customers and business partners in consumer and enterprise settings to help deliver software solutions, provide technical training, and ensure maintainability. Dave is an enthusiastic developer, Mac user, and technology lover. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, TV shows, and hiking.

Graham is a mobile software developer specializing in enterprise applications. Graham has experience with both server- and client-side technologies such as Java EE, Objective-C, and Android. He has worked on projects involving advanced concerns such as high-concurrency, scalability, and data access performance requirements.

Jamal is a recent graduate of DePaul University with an MS in Computer Science. He has a strong background in Object Oriented Programming and SQL, and currently focuses on Java, Ruby on Rails and mobile appication development. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and theater.

Jon graduated at the University Of Iowa with a BBA specialized in Management Information Systems. Jon is very driven and enjoys learning about the newest technologies. Jon is currently working with one of our successful clients as a web developer. Jon's technical background includes .NET , ASP.Net, Windows 7 Phone, and SharePoint. In Jon's spare time, he likes to play hockey and soccer.

Kelly is a Mobile Delivery Consultant at Solstice Consulting, with a strong track record of successfully delivering various cost-saving and revenue-producing initiatives to established and growing companies. She is focused on using agile methodologies to strategically deliver projects efficiently and effectively, and implementing sustainable process improvement initiatives. As a recent graduate of the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, Kelly brings a fresh angle to each and every project and strives to always provide value. In her free time, Kelly is an active participant in Chicago's Dance Marathon charity organization.

Lewis is a Consultant at Solstice and joined the team in March of 2012. He has a strong background in gathering business requirements and effectively communicating across the IT and business side of projects. Lewis is passionate about building solutions that meet business requirements and allow for successful growth. A die hard Cubs fan, he enjoys listening to music, golfing, playing guitar and meeting new people.

Matt is a Mobile Delivery Consultant at Solstice Consulting, helping deliver innovative and effective mobile applications to enterprise level clients. Using his analytic and problem solving skills, he effectively leverages mobile technologies to meet the requirements of the enterprise and its users. In his free time, Matt enjoys attending concerts and Chicago sporting events, training for and participating in local running events, and spending time with his friends and family.

Minna is an experienced design professional, working over 10 years in the industry in a variety of roles including user experience, graphic design, information architecture, middleware scripting and database development. She is currently the lead mobile web and application UI/UX designer at Solstice. She has a long-standing passion (or some might say, addiction) to video games and enjoys cooking, baking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time playing with her two sons.

Nikhil is a lead developer on the Product Development Team at Solstice. As a software engineer, Nikhil has worked on a variety of industry projects in different domains. Nikhil is currently working as a mobile app developer and also has a strong background in Java and .NET technologies. He likes to play cricket, watch movies and direct short films in his free time.

Sampath is a developer on the product development team at Solstice. He is a versatile and passionate developer with a unique combination of Object Oriented Programming, scripting and graphic design skills. Sampath specializes in iOS, Android, Java, .NET and Mobile Web applications. In his spare time he likes to listen to music and play tennis.

Sam recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with an education in Computer Science. Currently he is helping develop mobile applications for a large B2B retailer. When Sam isn't playing PC games you can find him enjoying a round or two of disc golf.

Sujan is a developer on the Product Development team at Solstice. He has experience working with iOS, Java, .NET technologies, Databases, Business Intelligence Services (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) and graphic design, which shows his interest and flexibility to learn new technologies and new things. His wide range of interests include playing cricket, tennis, volleyball, games on Xbox and PS3, carroms, badminton and he loves traveling.

Travis is currently working as the Internal Delivery Consultant at Solstice. He has a strong financial, leadership, and entrepreneurial background, and honed his analytical skills as an accountant working on the University of Iowa's multi-million dollar campus capital plan. Travis also helped start a successful event production company focused on multi-sport races. He has gained experience as a business analyst working with Microsoft SharePoint. Travis likes to stay fit, cook, play guitar, and spend time with friends and family exploring Chicago.

Christina is a recent addition to the Talent Acquisition Team at Solstice. She is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Solstice, Christina worked as a full life-cycle recruiter in the RPO industry for several years. She combines a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in making the best placement for both candidates and clients. Outside the office, she enjoys running, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Gian offers a unique blend of experience in the area of IT recruitment. He has over 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting, specializing only in IT. His strengths lie in both candidate development and talent assessment. He uses his solid communication skills, can-do attitude, and sense of urgency to directly benefit his clients. Peggy is the Operations Manager at Solstice. After graduating from NIU with her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management, she went on to work as a construction accountant for 6 years. She received her MBA with a concentration in accounting from Loyola University in 2011. Peggy is very passionate about volunteering and has been an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s Chicago chapter since November 2009. She enjoys attending sporting events in her spare time, especially rugby matches. She also loves to cook, and is a big supporter of the Chicago Food Truck Movement.

Robin is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at Solstice. She is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign - Go Illini! With a background in full life-cycle technical recruiting, Robin strives to utilize her experience to find the best person possible for each job. In addition to traditional sourcing methods, she uses tactics such as recruiting via social media and networking events to find and retain top talent. In her free time Robin enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as exploring Chicago with her dog, Chance.

A.J. has experience in developing mobile apps for Android, iOS, and web applications. He's currently working as a developer on an Android B2B retail mobile application. When he's not busy working, he's at home playing with his daughter, watching/playing basketball (Go Bulls!), or playing video games.

John is an Analyst that joined the team after going through the Solstice Consulting Internship Program. He graduated from The University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business with a degree in finance. As a mobile technology analyst, John has been a part of several development teams as the QA lead, but recently has taken on managing and supporting our internal mobile applications, specifically MiGym. John possesses strong planning and attention to detail skills to execute business related critical tasks on time and with high quality. Known for “can-do anything and nothing is impossible” attitude, and recognized for the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Able to lead others in demanding situations and remain calm under stressful conditions. John is an avid sports fan and loves music so he is constantly trying to attend the next big game or concert.

Manikanta is a mobile software developer at Solstice. Manikanta has experience working with iOS,.NET, and Java technologies. He likes to play Badminton and watch movies in his free time.

Priya is a Mobile Delivery Analyst at Solstice Consulting. She’s a recent full-time scholarship graduate from Illinois State University with a Masters degree in Information systems and a certification as a System Analyst. She also has HIPAA certification to her credit. She has experience working in field of iPhone app development as a UI developer and Business analyst. She also possesses experience working as a Business analyst in the web development domain. For past three and half years she worked as an Administrative/Technical GA with Illinois State University. In her free time she likes to hang out with friends and cook.

Purna is a junior iOS developer at Solstice. He has experience in iOS, Java, .NET and Database development, and likes to learn new techologies. He likes to play cricket, watch movies and travel with friends in his free time.
